Somatic Breathwork with Sam

Sam takes you through the 3-part somatic circular breath work guided to an inspiring and emotional musical soundtrack all focused on a specific topic.

Each session includes an introduction to the benefits of breathwork and a demonstration of how the breathing is done. Attendees are then guided through a deep breathing process followed by a healing practice and guided meditation.

Each class usually runs anywhere from 75-90 min

Each attendee takes home some free gifts to support your practice.

Please bring whatever you need to be comfortable while lying down in meditation.   There are a handful of mats, bolsters and blankets available on a first come basis. Other items to consider - pillow, eye mask and water bottle.
