Gong & Sound Bowl Bath

Allow yourself to sink into this immersive, 90 minute, full-body mystical experience that uses sound to invite

powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture mind, body and soul. Simply sit or lie

down with mats, blankets, and pillows and get comfy. After a few minutes of guided breathwork,

the remainder of the session is filled with wonderous sounds and frequencies created by a variety

of instruments including a Paiste Chiron gong, Chau gong, quartz crystal singing bowls,

Himalayan singing bowls, drums, chimes and more! These healing instruments will promote

deep relaxation, move energy, reduce stress, and rejuvenate you.

Things to bring: yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, anything you need to be comfortable while lying down.  There are a few mats, bolsters and blocks available on a first come first serve basis - please bring your own if you have it so that no one is left without.
